The Finale

We wandered a bit inside the Bellagio before we headed over to our hotel for the night. Everything was just so bright and shiny!

I just loved this shop and had to take a picture of it. I really like hand-blown glass, but it is not conducive to 3 year old hands or feet. Or chatter.

Okay, this sweets shop definitely took the cake! That entire train is made out of little bits and pieces of candy and frosting. And hung from the ceiling. Clark thought he had died and gone to heaven.

The sweets shop was also home to this wonder of the world. Do you even know what you are looking at here? It took us a few minutes to realize what it was, even standing right next to it.

Here's a closer look. Uh-huh. That's right. This is a chocolate fountain. Yeah. Just mull that over for a few minutes. Ponder the chocolate glory. Willy Wonka could not have done better himself.

Back to the atrium for a nice night shot. Love the blue lighting. And the gorgeous, fragrant flowers.

We dragged ourselves to the car and made our way over to our hotel, The Stratosphere, before 9 pm. It was a total bargain. And if you stay there, you get to go to the top of the tower for free, and Jose just had to see the view at night. So up we went.

We went back up to the top in the morning and then we headed out of town, bound for the Hoover Dam.
