MEXICO: The Red Stool

In the new house there is a little passageway that leads to a small courtyard and the back bedrooms of the house. This little red stool is in the hallway, along with hooks on the walls, from which hang all sorts of things. I thought it would be the perfect place for a little Clark photo op.








I thought wrong. I don't get why sitting on a cute little stool is so traumatic. Any guesses???










Well, I don't really care if Clark hated the photo session. These pictures are precious. The light was perfect. And I love the blue color of the wall contrasted by the red stool.









I'm really tempted to put this on our Christmas card this year. But I don't want people to think that Santa won't be coming this Christmas! Clark really has done a lot better this year as far as having meltdowns is concerned. I think good sleep has a lot to do with it.

Anyway, we had a wonderful trip and were grateful that we were able to go spend time with Jose's family.
