Happy Birthday Chandler!

After we headed back to Salt Lake City, Clark and I got to hang out with Jake and the kids on Chandler's 8th birthday! He had a swim party, which Clark loved! We got to spend the whole day (Chan's bday is July 19th) with them, but my favorite part was when we arrived and I gifted each of the kids a packet of Pop Rocks. Uh, what was I thinking?!? Pop Rocks—just in case you're from another planet like me and haven't figured this out yet—are CRAZY messy! Best to enjoy them outside, duh. But, the kids' priceless scrunched up faces while they were eating them completely made up for the hour I spent diggin' the blasted tiny pebbles out of the carpet. We also took a walk to the nearby park. And they have a tire swing. 'Nuf said.
