Christmas Day we all loaded up and went to the Tulancingo city center to listen to the bells ring from Catholic cathedral and to walk around the park. We went into the church to look around but had to come out pretty quick. There were some pretty gruesome crucifixes. Blood and guts and all. I told Clark that it was a Catholic church and he told me, "I don't like the Catholic church, Mom." I don't really blame him.

Nativities were set up throughout the park and Clark really enjoyed looking at them and pointing out the animals. This one was missing the baby Jesus, so we weren't quite sure about that.

There was a fun playground area, and we had a hard time getting Clark to leave. He had a blast!

Here's Clark with his cousin, Neyra, going down the slide. Oh man, did he ever love all the attention from his cousins! They all get along really well, and are great to play with him

Cousins Neyra and Carolina. Darling girls.

Jose with his sisters, Neyra (little Neyra's mom) and Sandra.

Neyra's family: Eliu, her husband Jimmy, and Alan. Little Neyra was off playing with Clark, bless her heart.

Jose's brother, Oswaldo, is the one with the gray jacket; and that's his little daughter in the blue and pink, Sophia. Then Sandra and her husband, Helaman, and their daughter Ariana. Sandra has 2 older boys, Angel and Omar, both of whom were with their fiances' families for Christmas.

Oswaldo's family: Sophia, Carolina and Mosiah. His wife was working and couldn't come with us. Bummer!

I actually think it's really interesting that each of Jose's older siblings has 3 children and I wonder if that means we have to have 3 of our own! Well, we'll see about that! But for now, here are my cute boys on Christmas. What a bright beautiful day!
