Clark's Space Shuttle Cake, Yes, it's practically March.

When I asked Clark what he wanted for his birthday, he told me that he wanted a Space Shuttle birthday cake. Let me just say this: I accepted and conquered that challenge, endeavor, enterprise, etc., etc., etc. And let me tell you, it was a challenge. Jose and I decided to get everything ready for the party the night before (so unlike us, believe you me) and I'm so glad we did because the look on Clark's face when he got up Saturday morning was priceless. Somehow, in our non-procrastination we forgot to get it on camera. But the after shots are pretty darn cute.
