Clark's Birthday Party

Clark's birthday party was Saturday, October 20th in the park near our house. I made cupcakes for all the kids and a little cake for Clark. Yeah, I think I had the #1 backwards for the shot...lovely! The bottom is decorated with fruit snacks, a recent favorite of Clark's (and every other child in creation, I've discovered. Gross, I totally don't get it.)

Uncle David was a huge help during the party; he held Clark practically the whole time and took him on the playground while his parents were busy doing games with the kids (bubble blowing contests) and filming the whole shindig.

He became incredibly shy during the singing, blowing out the candle part. But he looked so cute in his new overalls! (Thanks Grandma!)

Clark's best friend, Julia, helped him eat his cake. She's a year older, so she knows all about cake. He only wanted to eat each sprinkle individually, so Julia showed him how to eat the frosting too, by grabbing some and sticking it in his mouth! It was hilarious. Clark retaliated by putting frosting in her hair.

This is Clark watching Julia eat his cake for him, while he crunched sprinkles.

FUN FUN! I love the little cake you made for Clark. Yeah, why do they call them fruit snacks, we all know it's simply candy.

The cake is fabulous. What a fun party. I am already thinking what I wanna do for their 1st party! what a fun day. Wish we were there. I love Kim parties and Kim food!

Happy Birthday little guy!

PS. Does it mean I am a kid, if I love fruit snacks too? Have you tried the Jelly Belly kind from Costco. Now those are divine!
