It's taken a little while for Clark to love his splash pool. I'm not sure what the problem is. So, Jose decided to get in with him to play a couple days ago. They had a great time; Jose splashing and Clark squealing. Pretty short-lived though. After about 10 minutes, Clark was done. We'll keep trying. Maybe someday we'll find something that this little guy will love to do for hours...just kidding, maybe a half-hour??? Anybody have any suggestions??? I'm mean, we've tried bubbles and crayons and trains and cars and everything!

I remember when Veronica was about a year and a half I would blow up a ballon for her and she would play with it for what seemed like hours. I wouldn't blow it up too full because of the chance it would pop. Every now and then I would kick the ballon in the air and then she'd chase it. Anyway, just a suggestion...sometimes kids like the strangest things, unconventional most of the time.

Have you tried stickers? a box of ribbons? a deck of cards you don't mind getting ruined? It seems like it is the simple things that keep my girls entertained the longest.
