Early Easter

My mom's Easter package arrived last week and we had a opening party after Jose came home from work. The angle on this picture is lousy, but you can see how excited Clark is about opening up the big box!









But then Jose tried to give him the Hide and Seek Bunny that was in the box, and he was no longer excited. He didn't care one bit about Hide and Seek Bunny (we'll hold on to it, though, for a couple more months until he's into it). He was ticked that it was even in there!








Thankfully, his displeasure quickly dissipated when he spotted a CAR! Enthralled and enraptured are understatements. He wouldn't even look at anything else until we'd opened up the car and let him take it for a spin. Can you blame him???








He headed for the tile first, then the endtables, then me. He made lots of car sounds. Very exciting.







After he had put some miles on the car, he was ready to come back for CHOCOLATE BUNNIES! Jose spoiled him and let him have LOTS OF CHOCOLATE! All Lindt, by the way, and it was truly scrumptious. Clark was a very happy camper but didn't eat any dinner that night!
