My Birthday

I had a GREAT birthday. Filled with love and family and friends. And presents. I got lots of really great presents, and Jose really made a huge effort this year. In the morning, I went for a walk with Leslie (who gifted me with her grandbaby being born later in the day!), then Suzie took me to lunch, and then Rachel came over to visit in the afternoon. I got to talk on the phone all day to all my best friends (except Michelle, but the birthday song with her little munchkin singing his heart out totally made my day) and my family. Kelli and Nate actually took Clark for the night (The whole night. Wow. Thanks guys!) and we went to Olive Garden for dinner with the gift card that Jake and Toby sent, and then we went to see the movie True Grit. Which was, gritty. But I love Jeff Bridges and Matt Damon. So there. After that, we came home and Jose sang to me (very sweet) and I blew out my candle on the petite four that Mary Ann gave me, along with a chocolate mousse tulip, which was perfectly divine I must say. I just feel blessed to be loved by so many fantasticly amazing people.
