Spring Cupcakes

With the help of Mary Ann, Kendra, and Penny, I made these cupcakes for our Relief Society meeting last night. It was quite the project, but I'm happy to say that they were delicious and dang cute.

Mary Ann gave me this cupcake stand last year as a gift, and I love it. And that is an understatement. I could go on an on about how much I love my cupcake stand.

But most of all, I love my wonderful husband, without whom these cupcakes would not have come to pass. He took Clark for the entire day so I wouldn't be interrupted during the baking and decorating. It was such a sacrifice and reminded me of how much I love him and how grateful I am to have a husband that is so willing to help me serve the in the church. I am so blessed.

I love the cupcakes! I almost bought a cupcake holder the other day at Walmart but I restrained. Now I'm regretting it. :) Kim, I love the pictures too! And the previous post about Clark is adorable. I can't believe how big he is getting. What a cutie!

Jen, I'm not sure if you are asking about the stand or the wrappers. The stand is from Crate & Barrel. (Michelle, be glad you held out, this one is so much cuter and holds 24!) And the wrappers are from a tutorial that my friend Mary Ann found online. Just google "cupcake wrapper template." We used a Martha Stewart punch for the top edge. It was tricky and time consuming, but so worth it!
