Bushman Family Reunion, Sun. July 19th

Sunday Morning Church
We all went to church at Grandma and Grandpa's ward. It was hysterical in Relief Society when my aunt got up and said, "I'm Becky Bushman," and my aunt Becky (now Becky Shields) got up and said, "No, I'm Becky Bushman." Poor Snowflake was inundated with Bushmans! We all stayed in a HUGE cabin in Pinetop out in the woods. It was beautiful out there. Please note the bow tie my mom brought for Clark from Germany. So cute.

Sunday Evening Festivities

Heidi's parents. I'm sure they have great thighs too.

My cousins. Heidi's aunts. Eliza, to the left, has been working for Jose this summer doing tediously terrible office work. Bless her heart for helping us. She is truly amazing.

My cousins Bailey and Megan, drawing pictures for Grandpa's birthday book.

Grandpa performed a few numbers, Sentimental Journey among them.

He's always a big hit. Grandma laughs and cheers him on and it's so cute.

My cousin Nick wowed the crowd with a few numbers. My sis, Jenni, also played, but I only have video of it and I think she would kill me if I posted it, even though it's FANTASTIC.

My dad and Uncle Ben chatting it up and making the exact same face. They once ran into each other at Jacob's Lake (near the Grand Canyon) and didn't recognize each other. True story that even involved Ben sending his kids out to the parking lot to see if my dad's car was from Louisiana where they lived because Ben thought my dad was some guy from their stake. He looked "vaguely familiar!"

My cute parents, Lonette and Sam. I love that they are so in love and I love that they came all the way from Germany to be here with us! We all had such a wonderful time!

Your comments on thighs totally made my day! I read your posts on the reunion out of order, this one first, and it took me at least five minutes to figure out why we're "Heidi's parents" and not Degen & Maggie's parents, too, and why in the world you're sure we have great thighs. It gave me a great giggle. And thanks for posting all these reunion photos. It was so good to catch up with you! Love you!
