Since I have such wonderful friends that love me and want to know what's up with my back, I offer the following explanation:
I was lifting Clark out of the tub and I twisted around weird and tweaked something. I could feel a streak of pain from my rear (on the left) shoot diagonally up into the center of my lower back. The first coupla days I could barely walk, but now I'm getting around just fine, although it still hurts with certain movements. I'm trying to be very careful. You know, taking lots of drugs and parking it on the couch. NO big deal. Seriously.

I have a lot to be thankful for, especially my wonderful husband that gave me a blessing and brought me these gorgeous flowers. I'd also like to thank my visiting teachers and the Stimpsons for the delicious cookies (Photo unavailable. They were yummy and didn't make it to the photo shoot.) To my neighbor Michelle, for taking Clark for a couple hours so that I could blog, I mean rest. And to Clark, for being so cute and bringing me a tissue without being asked when he noticed that I had a "yucky nose, Mommy?" Gee, I should pull muscles more often! Kidding, kidding.

p.s. i went to 'bootcamp' aerobics on wed and i have not been able to move without screaming. j-p has been laughing at me everytime i scream or cry out in pain. seriously, i don't know how you do it all the time.
Also, I can't find your email address and I have a question for you, so I guess I'll just ask you here. We have a Little Tykes tool bench and tools that we no longer need or use. Would you like it for Clark? Let me know! (ASAP please... Chris wants it outta here yesterday.)
Last thing... AWESOME job on the talk! I really enjoyed it. I love it when I find out you are speaking or teaching because I know it will be fabulous and I know I will feel the spirit. You rock!
and those flowers are amazing!
glad you're better.
