Cupcakes


So, Jenni made cupcakes last week and taught me how to make them over the phone. I must say, I am very pleased with the results. Thanks Jen!









Honestly, they were almost too pretty to eat! And it was so fun to make them... I love pretty food.

Hi Amy, I hope you read this because I couldn't figure out how to get to your blog...will you tell me what your web address is?? So, the cupcakes are easy. Just a Betty Crocker Super Moist cake mix, but you fill the cupcake papers all the way to the top. Bake as directed, for 20 minutes I think, and then let completely cool. Thin out your frosting a little with milk, so it's nice and smooth, and then fill a pastry bag, without a tip, and pipe the frosting on the cupcake, from the edge to the center. That way you get a pretty swirl that ends in the middle. That's it! Fun huh!
