Happy Easter!!!

The Easter Bunny came to visit our house this year and left a basket or three at our doorstep...the biggest one for Clark, and two littler ones for Jose and David, Clark's uncle. (Mommy gets to share Clark's basket. Heh, heh. That wasn't planned or anything. Man, this mom thing is too fun!)

He went straight for the green Peeps.

Clark and Uncle David. Tio David, en espanol.

"But Mom, I want to eat the candy!" Sorry kiddo, life's tough.

The Easter Bunny brought Clark his first Dr. Seuss book! And Daddy read it to him right away while Mommy took a short breather.

The first picture of Clark and Mommy that Mommy actually likes...

Okay, check out that darling grin. That's what Mommy lives for.

Yea! A smile at the camera!

Well, the bunny is smiling.....

Look at those hands go! They rarely stop, by the way.
We love you all and hope you've had a wonderful and blessed Easter. Ours was truly great. We spent the day with family and friends hunting eggs in our backyard, and eating all kinds of yummy food. But my favorite moments were: Clark waking up halfway through Relief Society, calmly, sweetly. He just breathed in life and cuddled with me for a precious minute or two. And then, after our egg hunt party, Jose, Clark and I all went for a walk and watched some kite flying. Clark, again, was calm and happy and laughed at the wind.
